How do I merge apointments from all calendars into one calendar?

I've been trying to clear up all the calendars I have in the folder view and
want to have all my appointments from a number of individual calendars moved
into one default calendar. So far I haven't been able to find any document
that explains how to do that. Help.

switch to a table view (By category works well), select all, Edit, move or
copy to folder.

Display each of the calendars you want to move to the default calendar in a
by category view. Select all, right click and drag to the default calendar
FOLDER, and select Copy or Move as you wish.
