How do I make Outlook check for new messages more often?

It seems that outlook only checks for new messages every 15 mins or so and
I'd like to make it happen about every 5 mins. I had found the place to do it
once and for the life of me I can't find it again now that i want to change
it. Anyone know where in Outlook I can change this setting??
i'm using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 part of Micro. Off. Basic edition
2003.

Check here: Tools menu > Send/Receive > Send/Receive settings > Define
Send/Receive groups

Best practices indicate that it should be no more frequently that about ten
minutes.

I had found the

Click Tools>Options>Mail Setup>Send/Receive.
