How do I make my quick launch icons be horizontal?

I've got my quick launch icons on the left of the task bar.
I want it to be horizontal.
I know it can be done because I have another machine with Win 2000 on and
the qucik launch buttons are horizontal.

Any help would be appreciated.

Any help would be appreciated.

"Grab" the QuickLaunch toolbar by holding down your left mouse button
and drag it to where you want it on the Desktop. It doesn't have to be
at the bottom.
