How do I make my email go to Outlook and not Qmail from Quest

I have just signed up with Quest DSL and want to continue to use Outlook 2007
& 2003 for email. I can send from Outlook 2007, but all incoming mail goes
to Qmail from Quest. How can I make it come into Outlook 2007. I cannot
send or receive on a machine with Outlook 2003, how do I fix that?

Is Qmail a desktop application or is it a web-based application? Have you
asked Qwest what their settings are for POP3/SMTP mail with Outlook? Each
ISP has its own incoming and outgoing mail server settings.
