How do I make labels from a catergory in outlook contact

I have to make 400 labels from my outlook contacts, however I only need the
names from a specific catergory called Thanksgiving all it shows me how to do
is to merge from the whole outlook with all the names which is over 2,000.
Please help me other wise I will have to type all 400 names and addresses one
by one and it will take too long PLEASE HELP

Filter your view so that only those contacts are visible or select only the
account that you want to create a label for.
Then choose Tools-> Mail Merge... and follow on-screen instructions.
