How do I make an endnote to a footnote?

I know how to make footnotes, and how to make endnotes, however Word will not
let me add a endnote to a footnote. This is standard practice for citing
material included as a footnote, however Word will not allow it to happen....
Any help?

Are you saying you cannot insert in an endnote a cross-reference to a
footnote? It is certainly possible to insert cross-references to footnotes
in other footnotes; I haven't tried the other.
