How do I make an electronic form letter with Front Page for my we.

I am trying to make an electronic form letter with Front Page. I have seen
these letters before on other sites. It is a regular form letter that the
visitor fills in form boxes and the letter is sent to several email addresses
and logged in data base.

I have several Front Page books and cannot find anything about this type of
form..

Here is the type of letter and the personal info would go in form boxes:

The Honorable Dave Cogdill
California State Assemblyman
State Capitol
Sacramento, CA 95814

Dear Assemblyman Cogdill:

I am writing to express my support for AB 7 to ensure hatchery funding.

Most anglers believe that their license dollars go to raise and plant the
fish that they catch. However, with the exception of a few specialty stamps
and cards, all sport fishing license sales revenue goes into the large Fish
and Game Preservation Fund. The Department of Fish and Game then decides how
to budget those dollars, which are used to support a wide variety of
programs. However, the Hatcheries and Fish Planting Facilities Program
receives progressively fewer funds each year – not because fewer licenses
being purchased but because of decreased general funds.

AB 7 dedicates 33 1/3% of the sport-fishing license revenue directly to the
Hatcheries and Fish Planting Facilities Program. This would provide the
necessary level of funding to maintain California’s existing hatcheries.

Anglers continue to pay license fees and over the years, these fees continue
to increase. However, due to a budget crisis, California’s hatcheries have
had difficulties delivering an adequate number of fish, meaning that anglers
are not receiving the service that they are paying for.

We respectfully offer our support and assistance to your laudable efforts to
enact AB 7.

Sincerely,

I just wanted to add that I have Front Page 2003 with FP Extensions on the
server.

Requires that you are able to write server-side script and set up a database based on what is
supported by your web host.

Thomas, how would I go about doing this then? Would I contact my webhost tech
support? Or is this something that I can do myself/

I am pretty new at this.

Using the std FP tools you could attempt to do it yourself
- depends on what type of server you are hosted on (windows or not) what solutions are available to you
- but may be very limited in what you can do w/o learning Server side coding and Database solutions (but you can look at the FP
database results wizard and you hosts Send mail support)

Your host may offer web developer services,
or contact a local Server side coding / Database web developer,
or one of the database or Server side coding developers in this newsgroup
