I have made my boss a letterhead that he really likes. He's also wanting to
use it as stationary for his emails and letters in word is this possible and
if so how? I made the stationary in Publisher. I really need some help.

Have you tried a copy/paste?

Publisher 2000 didn't have many ways to convert a document with images.
Postscript would be your only other option. Or maybe a screen capture followed
by editing in an editing program.
