How do I log who prints what on a network printer?

The printer is a HP 4600 laser with a built in network card. I have
the printer added to my printers on WinXP Pro SP2 computer. I have
gone into the printer properties and enabled auditing for print
successful & failure, but after I print there is no event made.
Is this the best way to see who is printing to a network printer?
If it is, is there any steps you can see that I am missing? My
reference to setup auditing was here:

Thank you in advance for taking the time to help,
Russ

Thank you Byte, I did try this, but only my local print jobs are being
logged. When I print from another PC it does not log the print job.
Any ideas?

Thank you Carey. I will try to download the trial version and see if
this works. The product is a bit expensive and would prefer a "free"
solution if possible.
Thank you both for your responses!

Both programs seem to only monitor the jobs I send from My PC, not any
jobs sent from other PCs. The printer is a HP4600 with a network card.
The printer is not hooked to a PC or Server.
