How do I keep incoming email in Outlook on the server?

I recently configured my email account to go thru Outlook. I forgot to
select "leave a copy of messages on the server," and everything that went
into Outlook has diappeared from my web email. This is a problem because I
frequently check my email from other computers.

Is there a way to reload my emails back onto the web-based server?

Nope. POP3 doesn't work that way.

You could forward them back to your acct. and remember to select Leave on
server.
