How do I isolate information in Access 2007 report

I wish to print a report from an access database but the options do not allow
me to isolate the required data. In the 2003 version I could highlight the
necessary data the go to print selection or hide unselected data. 2007 does
not appear to have these options. For instance I require to print items that
begin with the letter I but not the word I

Thank you for your suggestion. I have now tried this with no success. I am
new to 2007 Professional Plus but had no problems with 2000. For my report I
wish to extract to print items beginning with I such as If or In but not
items beginning with I such as I would butal I can seem to get is all items
beginning with I.

You must have left out some puncuation in your post as I do not understand it.
Post some examples of your data along with what results you wish.

Thank you Karl,
My database is a music title index and sometimes I wish to pull out a batch
of titles to print e.g
Titles souch as I ruled the world, In dreams and all other similar titles
beginning with I but to leave out all titles beginning with only the word I
such I am going, I will stay. In my previous version I just used to highlight
the batch required or hide those not required. The options in 2007plus do not
appear to let me isolate these.
