Your laptop may not have a CD.
Some manufactures ship with a
"Recovery Partition"

Check you user's manual to see
what options you have.

Lost CD or broken/damaged Microsoft CDs, replacement CD:

most manufacturers provide recovery feature. read manual or visit
manufacturer web site to recover.
