How do I install the Spanish Dictionary to word?

When I have the word document set to English translation from Spanish, it
says that the word is not in the dictionary- to every word.

Where can I find the Spanish dictionary for Microsoft Word?? Or unlock it
or whatever..

Spanish proofing tools have included in English-language Office for several
versions.
Rerun Office Setup, and choose "Add/Remove Features". On the list of
features, expand Shared Office Tools, then Proofing Tools and set Spanish to
"Run from ny computer".

Ok I did that. Everything was already set to run from my computer. I
re-clicked them and pressed ok. after it reinstalled office, I checked and
the dictionary is still empty...
I have Office Enterprise 2007 - if it matters, its a home use program from
the police department.
Any other ideas??
