How do I install a missing dll?

Newbie: Running WindowsXP, SP2

I installed and ran "NortonWinDoctor" today. The program revealed 3 missing
dll errors.

"learn32.dll"
"pctree32.dll"
"hpgreg32.dll"

I learned today that "learn32.dll" and "pctree32dll" are located in a folder
called "training". I found that folder on my computer.

From what I understand, I need to copy and place them in the folder where
the error occurred.

"C:\\WINDOWS\$NtUninstallKB923723$\ORUN32.EXE" cannot find a necessary file,
""pctree32dll"
"C:\\WINDOWS\$NtUninstallKB923723$\ORUN32.EXE" cannot find a necessary file,
""learn32.dll"

I would appreciate learning how to do that.

Also, where will I find the "hpgreg32.dll?

Thank you.

Those $NTUninstall... folders are uninstall folders for updates from windows
update that have been applied. Since they were applied successfully, there
is no reason to worry about this so called problem Norton is reporting.

The hpgreg32.dll file is associated with an HP printer driver. Is there a
problem with the HP printer software on your computer? I suspect not.
Google hits indicate Norton products have been falsely reporting this file
missing in other versions of NSW.

Bottom line - unless there is some operational problem disregard those
messages. In my opinion just get rid of the Norton product. It's not worth
much.
