How do I insert pictures as thumbnails, and add a hyperlink to it?

How do I insert thumbnails of pictures into a document, and add a hyperlink
to the original file. The original file will be in the same folder as the
..doc file.

Click Insert > Picture > From File and insert the picture you want.
Grab the HANDLES to adjust as needed. Then select the image and hit
Ctrl + K to wrap that picture with a hyperlink.
