How do I insert entry-type or target text in Word template

In a Word template, you can create text that tells the user what to type in a
region of a page, and when that user clicks on that text, that text
disappears and the insertion cursor is automatically positioned for the user
to start entering their content.

How do you do this in Word 2003.

Not knowing you had already posted this I posted a similar question . . .
only a step behind you possibly.
How did you get to a template that did this?
