How do I insert an email into a new Outlook message?

How do I insert an old email into a new Outlook 2003 message? At work I use
Outlook 2000 which has an Insert>> Item option that you can choose while in a
message that allows you to insert another message. However, the version of
Outlook 2003 that I am using at home does not have this option so I am
wondering how to insert an email into a new message.

Apologies for the duplicate post. My queries did not return an answer to
this question prior to creating an account. I see below that this question
has been answered (Insert>>Item is not a feature on the standard menu. It
must be chosen from the dropdown menu of the paperclip icon.)
