How do I insert a wav or MP3 file into a web page?

I can insert a midi into my web page( s )
How do I insert a wav or MPE file?

Any help or advice appreciated.

Hi,
I used the following code on of my pages for mp3.
<embed src="quiz.mp3" width="140" height="40" autostart="false"
loop="FALSE">
</embed>
It works. I think u can also use it for wav.
