How do I increase prices in excel by a percentage?

I read the postings by other users, which sound like they work great, but I
am in Excel 2007 and I can't FIND Edit, Paste Special...can anyone tell me
how to do this in Excel office 2007?

You can right click and select paste special from there, otherwise it's on
the home tab and the dropdown that opens if you click the paste icon
