How do I import contacts from Time & Chaos into Outlook?

I'm trying to import my contacts and calendar fromm Time & Chaos into
Outlook. When I've tried, only half of the contacts have come in. There are
about 1500 contacts so it's not something Id look forward to doing manually.
Any idea how to get this to work?
