How do I import a .zip file into Access?

How do I import a .zip file into Access? Also what would I need to do to export a .file out of Access that is a .zip file? (The files are both Excel spreadsheets)

I'm new to Access, I'm sorry if this post sounds stupid.

Sorry, but Access doesn't know anything about zipped files. You'll have to
unzip it first, then you can import the spreadsheet. Similarly, you'll have
to export the spreadsheet, then zip it.
