how do I get to a Picture placed under text

I accidentally changed the placement of a picture to under text when I really
wanted it over text. Now I cannot select the picture to change it. I am
using tables to enter my text, so I think the picture is actually under the
table.

I am working in Word 2003.

You will be able to select it using the white arrow pointer on the drawing
toolbar.
