The sender address (your server) is that set up on your host server

| Here's an example..I setup a form with no required fields, it sends me the
| email no problem there, and if the sender includes there email address I get
| that as well as a reply to address. The problem is that the sender address
| that shows up in my mailbox is some old email address that I used to have.
