How do I get rid of pop ups in Track Changes?

In Word 2003 Track Changes, can I get rid of the yellow pop-up boxes that
reiterate the changes shown on the screen when you run the cursor over the
changes? (I'm not talking about balloons, which I can turn off.) These pop
ups interfere with reviewing Comments.

They're called ScreenTips, and you can set the view on the View tab of Tools
| Options.
