how do I get Outlook to automatically word wrap?

I would like to be able to toggle the automatic word wrap in Outlook 2003,
but I can't find where to accomplish this.

Which editor do you use and where are you seeing the words wrap? If you mean
in the reading pane and where the infobar says outlook removed line breaks,
the global setting is in tools, options, email options.
