How do I get one box to fill in a second box. Like a form letter

I am doing a form letter. I type the persons name at the beginning in a form
box and I repeat this in the body of the text. I am trying to type it one
time and it would fill in the second box with the same information.

Probably best if you see:

But, if you're impatient, at the second location, insert a cross reference
to the text of the bookmark assigned to the first formfield and in the
properties dialog box of that formfield, check the "Calculate on exit" box
so that the fields in the document will be updated, which will cause the
data that is entered into the formfield to be displayed in the cross
reference field.
