How do I get an email added to a "safe sender's list" in Outlook?

HELP. I have tried to do this on my own and can not find "Safe Sender's
List" in my Microsoft Outlook. My sister's email address is not getting to
me and I absolutely need to get her email communications to keep updated with
my mom and family in another state. My roadrunner stated:

I can't help, Dorothy.

The only thing I have control over is blocks of inbound email, and we are
not blocking email from your sister, nor are we blocking the servers she uses
to send email, so far as I can tell based on the information provided when
your sister emailed me.

There may be something amiss with your account settings that is preventing
you from seeing email from your sister; however, I cannot address them, as I
have no access to your account settings. My sphere of influence is limited
to the mail servers that accept email from the Internet for delivery to our
customers, and your account settings are not stored on that layer.

Your local cable division (the folks from whom you purchase your Road Runner
service) are best equipped to investigate any issues with your account
itself. If, when contacting them, any suggestion is made of a possible block
being in place, you may tell them unequivocally that no such block exists,
and give them my name and contact information to verify that.

I'm sorry I can't be of more assistance.

What version of Outlook? Only 2003 has safe senders lists - but even them,
mail suspected as spam would be in the Junk folder.

Contact roadrunner and ask if they are using RBLs or other measures to block
mail sent from some servers - and if possible, give them your sisters domain
and ask if it's on their RBL list.

Because you are using roadrunner, my money is on road runner blocking mail
from the system your sister uses. Roadrunner is well known for using RBLs to
block legitimate servers on the premise of stopping spam (but they do
nothing to prevent their users from sending spam). Personally - I would find
a new ISP - at the very least, you'll need a different mail server if you
want to receive email from people because roadrunner won't remove their
servers from the blocks. Hotmail or gmail are both free & I have gmail
invites available if anyone needs them.

tactics.

Hi Dorothy,

To add users to the Safe Senders list, first, open Outlook and click on Actions > Junk Email > Junk Email Options, the click on the Safe Senders tab and add your email addresses there.
