How do I get all my Outlook Express messages Outlook 2003

I have both Outlook Express and Outlook 2003. I would like to transfer all
existing messages from Outlook Express into the Outlook and have all new and
incoming emails go directly to Outlook.

Use OE's Export function to move email and addresses to Outlook, then use
Outlook's Import and Export function to "Import Internet Mail Account
Settings" from OE. Note that both Outlook and OE must be installed on the
same machine for the Import/Export functions of either program to work.
