How do I get a non-MSN mail into a separate "Local Folder"?

Ok, i'm really using Outlook Express 6, but i find it's very close in most
operations to Outlook 2002.

I have three email accounts: (e-mail address removed); (e-mail address removed);
and (e-mail address removed) (used for work). (gmail is a POP3 server, if that
matters.) I have all three accounts entered and functional when i go to Tools
-> Accounts -> Mail. When i hit send/recieve, everything works... but not
quite how i want it to:

In the upper left section of OE, the "Folders" box, the order goes like this:
Outlook Express
+Local Folders
-Inbox
-Outbox
-Sent Items
-Deleted Items
-Drafts
-Junk Email
+Hotmail
-Inbox
-Sent Items
-Deleted Items
-Bulk mail

So my hotmail account comes up all in the "hotmail" folders, and BOTH of my
POP3 accounts come up under the "Local Folders." (meaning i have to wade thru
my personal mail to get to work and vise versa) I want them separated,
preferably how the "Hotmail" is separated out.

Is there any way to separate out the POP3 accounts, or maybe make new
folders and assign the POP3 accounts' incoming and outgoing and saved mail to
the new folders?

It isn't close at all.

But OE should separate those POP accounts, too. Try
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general.

I think you might be. What do you mean by "anything more recent than
'03"?
