How do I fix reverse alpha order in drop-down menus?

Can anyone help me? I accidentally changed my open and save drop down menus
(in Word) to reverse alphabetical order -- and can't figure out how to get
them back. Also can't figure out how to find relevant topics in newsgroups.
If anyone could e-mail me directly w/the answer to this question, it would be
greatly appreciated.

To reset the sort order, display the files in 'details' view (display tab at
the top of the file window). Then click the heading above the filename to
sort alphaneumerically. Revert to your preferred view.

As for the newsgroups - see http://www.gmayor.com/MSNews.htm and subscribe
to the groups that are of interest.
