how do I find the lowest time

My table contains a starttime and endtime date/time fields. These fields
relate to job that run during a batch cycle. For satistical purposes I need
to report on the earliest and latest times that these jobs run. Is there a
way to collect the minimum and maximum times in Access?

Depends on what/how you're trying to use the values. You
can use the Min/Max aggregate functions in a Totals type
query. OTOH, a text box expression can use the DMin/DMax
domain aggregate functions.

Check Help for details and post back with more specific info
if you need additional assistance.
