how do I file Sent messages in a specified folder when sending

Instead of dragging and dropping the sent messages from the "sent messages"
folder to an individual personal folder, is there a way to designate the
personal folder it should go to at the same time the message is mailed? I
noticed someone had responsed to a similar question and said to click view,
then option, but I am on Outlook 2003 and under view, there is no option
name. This is frustrating because Lotus Notes has this option.

In OL 03 it's also View/Options, except you're using Word as e-mail editor,
then the button is only available on the toolbar.

For using one of the samples, open the VBA IDE with ALT+11, STRG+R, double
click on 'ThisOutlookSession' and copy either sample #1 or sample #2 into
it.
