How do I export Outlook contacts to IHPlist?

I'm not able to send out 600 e-mails through Outlook, using my current
server. So I'm using IHPlist to send them out. My problem is, I don't know
how to import my Outlook contacts to IHPlist. Can anyone help with this?

What file formats can IHPlist import?
