How do I export original recipient address from undeliverable retu

Emails that I have sent but are Undeliverable return to my inbox with the
original email in an attachment. The to and from address are my email adress
and the host address. I want to quickly grab a set of original intended
recipients so that I can maintain a file of undeliverable addresses.

Exporting to a csv or to Excel doesn't help as it doesn't give me the
original recipient (although this is in the body, but this is not very useful
as its with lots of other text...

Any thoughts?

Outlook doesn't provide any direct way to extract that information. Even doing it programmatically requires advanced skills.
