How do I erase duplicate Personal Folders in Outlook 2003?

I recently upgraded Outlook from 2000 to 2003. My Folder List shows two
Personal Folders items. Any changes to the folders in one Personal Folder
(e.g., new mail) is mirrored in the other Personal Folder. The same goes for
Contacts: I have three Contacts folders imported from Outlook 2000, and there
are two copies of each in my Contacts list (one says "Contacts", the other
says "Contacts in Personal Folders", for example).

I tried the Help solution that suggests changing the default folder, as well
as closing a Personal Folder, and this isn't working. Any suggestions? This
is causing my PST folder to balloon to over 600MB, and having too many icons
in my folder lists.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
