How do I enlarge the font of incoming messages?

I recently upgraded my operating system to XP and Microsoft Office 2003.
However, now I am having trouble getting the font in Outlook to the same
size. Everything is smaller, including incoming messages. How do I fix this
problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The fonts for your outgoing messages can be controlled at TOOLS > OPTIONS >
MAIL FORMAT >FONTS

Inbound message fonts are controlled by the sender.

Not true--you can control how you read messages. Mail Format tab, Fonts
button, select a bigger font in "When composing and reading..." Also you can
check Always use my fonts. If you just want to change someone's small font
html message on the fly, select edit message and change the font and save it.

I believe that the font when "composing and reading" refers only to when you
are reading plain text messages and "Always use my fonts" I believe refers to
only outbound messages.
