How do I email a published presentation?

I have created a power presentation to share with friends. However, some of
my friends do not have power point on their computers, so I published the
presentation so that the view would be included. How do I send the entire
presentation through email? Do I have to send each file?

Using Package for CD, for example?

You could zip up all the files and send the zip file.

It might be simpler to send them just the powerpoint file and give them a link
to the PowerPoint viewer so they can download and install it themselves.

That way if you send them another file later, you won't need to send nearly as
much stuff along.
