HOW CAN I DUPLICATE 1 SHEET INTO 40 SHEETS?

ALSO, HOW CAN I NAME THE SHEETS TO BE SEQUENTIAL?
(FOR INVOICES)
I WANT TO ASSIGN THE 1ST SHEET AN INVOICE NUMBER, THEN THE REST WILL
AUTOMATICALLY FILL IN SEQUENTIALLY.
