How do I display the invoice toolbar for unique invoice #'s?

I do not see the Invoice toolbar under the regular View - Toolbars menu
option. I am creating invoices and need to have unique invoice numbers.
Where do i go to display it. Please help. Thanks.

QueenZoie, Excel does not have an invoice toolbar as far as I know, have a
