How do I disable the Outlook spam application?

I have the McAfee Spamkiller application and would prefer to use that rather
than the Outlook spam filter. How do I disable the Outlook feature?

You don't - it is a part of the program. Just uncheck any options to use
Junk filtering, although my personal opinion is that Outlook does a better
job (combined with SpamBayes) than any commercial product out there.

account will be deleted without reading.
