how do I disable safemode in my bios if it is no longer showing up?

I changed my bios so my computer now starts up in safe mode, so I would have
time to fix it and recover to the last update. now I can't get it out of
safe mode. I no longer have this option in my bios, I tried recovering to
the new update, but that didn't work, so I'm going to recover back to the
other update. I made the change in my bios, so I'm not sure where to go to
make the change now that my bios is no longer giving me the option of
changing this function.

Safe Mode is a Windows thing, not a Bios thing. Press and release F8
alot of times as your pc boots and you should come up with a list of
options, choose normal bootup and you should be fine.
If you are referring to the optimal or safe settings in your Bios,
then yes that is in the bios and you need to set that in there.

Safe mode isn't a BIOS setting. Run msconfig - select the boot tab - and
uncheck Safe boot if checked. If this is already unchecked repeatedly tap
F8 during boot up and try selecting normal startup from the boot menu. If
the machine still boots to safe mode report back. That would indicate a
driver or other problem that needs to be addressed.
