How do I disable NetBIOS on RRAS interface?

Hello,
I have a dual homed W2K3 Std Ed. box that a few remote employees VPN into.
As I sniff traffic, I see a couple packets of NetBIOS traffic (per IP) go to
various IPs on the 'Net that aren't employee's IPs. How do I disable NetBIOS
on the RRAS interface even though I've turned off NetBIOS over TCP/IP, Client
for Microsoft Networks and File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks on
both NICs?

See the section near the end of KB292822 on how to create a registry
entry to do this.

I performed the latter part of the KB article and there no longer is NetBIOS
traffic traversing that interface. Thanks Bill!

After performing Bill's suggestion, I now can't remotely log in (via RDP) as
I get the following error after entering in my credentials:
Logon Message
The system cannot log you on due to the following error:
The RPC server is unavailable.
Please try again or consult your system administrator
< OK >

However, I can login via the console without any errors.
I'm also getting 1030 & 1058 errors in my Application log now. So I
performed KB article 842804. This article didn't resolve the above RPC issue.
I haven't performed any other troubleshooting "fixes" so I'm fairly sure
it's related, somehow, to Bill's suggestion. How do I disable NetBIOS on the
RRAS interface and login remotely via RDP?
