how do i delete anything older than 90 days?

I am trying to automatically set a delete date for items that are over 90
days old. Is there some way to do that instead of highlighting everything
and hitting delete?

In Outlook's Help, search for autoarchive

You can use AutoArchive to do that. Right-click the folder, Properties |
AutoArchive.
