How do I delete an "enormous" message that is stuck in my outbox?

How do I delete an "enormous" message that is stuck in my outbox? 12MB, It's
an attachement file...jpgs. I keep trying to open it or delete the message
and I keep getting - "cannot open this item. Outlook as already begun
transmitting this page "

It has been stuck in my outbox for 3 days now.. I can't cancel send/receive
.... I have rebooted my computer...HELP!
