How do I delete a DVD Movie (.vob)

This was my first attempt at capturing a home video to my hard drive. I've
tried everything to delete it, but access is denied. Its properties show it's
a .vob file. There are no other files associated with it. (Not that there
wasn't in the beginning, but I've probably deleted them.)

Try deleting it in safe mode...if that

Thank you Mr. Inzer. I found the last link on the list the most helpful (The
"Unlocker") It was freeware, and I wanted to donate, but the paypal screen
was not in US dollars, so I wasn't sure if I entered $5.00US, what the
donation would end up as. At any rate, the Unlocker worked like a charm.
