how do I defualt to another outlook calander

I am trying to change the defualt calander for one of the users to her boss's
calander as the defualt. Where is this setting? Her calander and the other
user is selectable from the my calanders panel. I can move it up and down
the list, however I can't seen to find a defualt setting. Thanks
