How do I create forms to send responses to multiple emails

I am using form to create surveys and registration for training. I can save
the results in files and send ONE e-mail but I need to send the e-mail to two
different addresses. Can this be done and how?

I found an 2005 response on this but the links to the instructions do not
work anymore.

Check with your host provider. You may be able to forward messages to one
or more e-mail addresses.
