How do I Create a link to an outlook item

Hello, I understand how to create a link to an Outlook Folder but I am don't
see any way to create a link to an Outlook item contained within the folder.
Use cases:

I have a task in my personal folder and a related task in a public folder. I
would like a link in my personal task that points to the task in the public
folder. If I click on the link the task should open. I am able to create
this link to the public folder but not the task within it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
