How do I create a letterhead for my email?

I can find in the Outlook help info how to create a signature at the bottom,
but I want to create a letterhead for the top. Preferably something a bit
graphically designed. How do I set up so that I can put that in at will just
as I can a signature. I'm assuming this must be possible. Any suggestions
would be appreciated. Thanks.
