How do I create a downloadable ebook in Word

I read somewhere that many ebooks are being created in Word 2003 and are
being read with MS Reader as an alternative to Adobe PDF documents/reader.
Does anyone know anything about this.

Did you try Google? Google seems to have information on just about anything
